Torchlight game executable has stopped working

So I tried this with speed runners and it worked when I did it, so I editied the file so I always run the game as administrator, however it still 'stops working' when I launch it directly from steam.

Some discussions had suggested that I go into the game files to try and run the. I have also tried installing some of these things directly from the game files, and it's still not working. Just the same 'game.exe has stopped working'. I have tried verifying integrity of game cache several times on each game, and theres still no sign of it launching. NET framework, and reinstalling the game itself several times with restarting my computer and steam with no success.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft XNA framework, visual C++, and. I have looked online on several different discussions to see if someone had a similar problem to me, and I have found a few but no solution to the problem.

I'm pretty sure upgrading to windows 10 has played a part in this, as I remember all of these games (with the exception of speedrunners) was working with windows 8.1 Here are the games that I have found in my library that are installed and are experiencing this problem:

I thought this was a bit weird as I thought there would be more written on the log file, so I decided to check other games in my steam library to see if it had a similiar problem and to my surprise a bunch of my installed games had this problem where I would start it up from steam, have no sign of the game launching and then have the 'game.exe has stopped working' pop up. I looked at a discussion post and someone suggested that I check the SpeedRunnersLog.txt file to see if I can find the problem, and this was all that was written on it: There was no sign of the program actually starting up. There was no loading screen or no black/white screen. Just recently I bought SpeedRunners of the steam summer sale so I could play with a bunch of friends, but when I launched the game I recieved a 'SpeedRunners.exe has stopped working' pop up.
